Key Responsibilities:

• Support construction operations across various high-profile projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Help with project staffing and coordinate reassignment of professional staff as needed.
• Organize and support career development, including training for construction teams.
• Maintain and improve construction procedures, systems, and digital tools.
• Collaborate on implementing quality management systems on active construction sites.
• Play an active role in proposal development and project assessments.
• Foster the adoption and integration of enterprise applications within project teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 2–5 years of relevant experience OR 6–9 years of significant construction operations experience.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality management, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus).
• Motivated individuals from Mozambique or Angola are highly encouraged to apply!
