Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) in large-scale developments.
- Prepare, review, and manage technical documents related to procurement activities.
- Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure all FF&E meet specified standards and timelines.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships to achieve the best quality and pricing.
- Coordinate the delivery and installation of FF&E materials according to project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with additional specialist education or experience in Interior Design.
- Proven track record in FF&E procurement, preferably within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail combined with strong technical documentation and review abilities.
- Familiarity with international procurement standards and regulations is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
