Responsibilities

• Lead & Motivate Teams: Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a team of Field Canvassers dedicated to introducing Leaf Home products to local communities.
• Drive Marketing Success: Plan canvassing routes and schedules (including evenings/weekends), set marketing goals, and ensure lead generation targets are met.
• Promote Brand Awareness: Oversee neighborhood outreach to boost awareness, generate qualified sales leads, and contribute to our rapid local growth.
• Manage Compliance: Ensure all canvassing activities follow local laws and permit requirements within your assigned territory.
• Track Performance: Monitor and report lead generation metrics, evaluate team performance, and optimize your outreach strategy.
• Collaborate: Work closely with management, operations, and installation teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ years’ experience managing teams in field canvassing, direct sales, or marketing
• Proven skills in recruiting, onboarding, and training staff
• Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer sales and canvassing best practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including evenings and weekends
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven
• Prior experience with door-to-door canvassing or home improvement is a bonus
