Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Proven International Experience: Previous experience in a senior role managing framework projects, preferably in the MENA region or on international assignments.
- Project Leadership: Track record as a Framework Project Manager, Operations Director, or similar, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Road Operations & Maintenance: In-depth knowledge of performance-based contracts (PBC), road routine and preventive maintenance, and SLA/KPI-based performance measurements.
- Asset Management: Expertise in the operation and maintenance of roads, structures, signage, markings, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using asset management software and knowledgeable about the asset life cycle.
- Relevant Certification: Professional certification and participation in skills development programs related to project or asset management.
- Multilingual Abilities: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of local or regional languages is an advantage.
