Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards on construction and industrial sites.
• Support senior engineers with productivity analysis, site logistics, and workflow improvements.
• Track materials and equipment to support smooth project operations.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure standards and project goals are met.
• Prepare clear reports and data analysis to guide decisions and track site performance.
• Help implement lean construction and continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams including construction, procurement, and planning departments.
• Stay up to date on new technologies, tools, and best industry practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar field (recent graduates welcome!).
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance in construction or industrial settings.
• Basic skills in engineering calculations, site logistics, and workflow analysis.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD or Primavera is an advantage.
• Team-player attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or training experience in construction/industrial projects is a plus.
• Motivated to lead with fresh ideas and adapt to new technologies.
• Understanding of lean construction principles is an added benefit.
