Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with clients and partners to develop innovation plans and project roadmaps.
• Facilitate change management processes to drive impactful innovations from idea to implementation.
• Review and enhance project documentation to support adoption of digital solutions and technologies.
• Develop scorecards to assess teams’ capabilities for technology adoption and training needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for best practices and standards integration.
• Define and deploy project dashboards to track implementation of innovative workflows using tools like PowerBI.
• Establish robust communication strategies and engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Capture lessons learned to continuously improve digital execution.
• Support project execution planning with a focus on digital transformation and technology integration.
• Regularly assess and enhance the innovation maturity of the project.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10–13 years’ experience in delivering large-scale AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) projects, with at least 5 years specializing in innovation, digital automation, GIS/BIM, or related technologies.
• Proven experience in developing and rolling out innovation strategies within complex projects.
• Strong background with dashboard creation and digital tool deployment (e.g., PowerBI).
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire, train, and lead diverse project teams.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
