Responsibilities
- Coordinating the arrival of inbound shipments and maintaining steady product flow.
- Overseeing product registration processes with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to ensure all requirements are met for market entry.
- Organizing container bookings, shipping schedules, and transport logistics in partnership with international freight companies.
- Preparing and verifying all import documentation, including coordinating with clearing agents for fast customs clearance.
- Building and sustaining strong working relationships with shipping lines, clearing agents, and government authorities.
- Managing warehouse and storage operations, including inventory reconciliations, asset counts, and the prompt reporting of discrepancies.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment and using strong analytical and organizational skills to solve supply chain challenges.
Requirements
- Male candidates are preferred for this role.
- Background in logistics, transportation, or related supply chain operations.
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task.
