Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor, ideally in the FMCG or manufacturing sector
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team
• Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
