Key Responsibilities & What We’re Looking For

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement testing platforms and equipment (test bays, benches, tooling, etc.) for our flagship railway products.
  • Develop and program automated test procedures using wiring diagrams and product specifications.
  • Validate and integrate testing software and ensure all technical documents are up to date for reliable operations.
  • Write detailed specifications, manage orders and quotations for testing equipment.
  • Support test bench troubleshooting and maintenance, continuously improving reliability and performance.
  • Train and support production teams and testers, ensuring best practices are shared and understood.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to align on technical solutions.
  • Participate in technology transfers and drive process improvement using internal tools and standards (such as APSYS).
  • Uphold the highest standards for test procedures and safety, always complying with industry norms.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent, specializing in electronics or industrial computing.
  • Experience or understanding of electronic/power control systems.
  • Knowledge of test bench programming; familiarity with assembly and wiring processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with MMAP and Train Tracer software is a plus.
  • Technical English is an asset.
