Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities for a complex airport terminal project.
- Lead and manage design consultants, ensuring project completion according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Drive technical coordination with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and design standards.
- Review project designs for constructability, value engineering, and safety considerations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical queries and coordinate project execution.
- Prepare project reports, studies, and presentations as needed.
- Oversee changes in project scope, schedule, and budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- Foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and safety teams.
- Represent the company in client meetings and project reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent international qualification.
- At least 10 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in aviation, transportation, or large-scale public projects.
- Outstanding project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Solid background in client engagements, technical presentations, and stakeholder management.
- Deep knowledge of current engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and innovative construction technologies.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, and related design software.
- Experience working in multicultural and diverse project teams.
- Strong command of English.
