Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to identify client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products to potential and existing customers.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Offer professional technical support throughout and after the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business success.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor products to maintain our competitive advantage.
- Assist in marketing activities and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Train team members on technical features of products and solutions.
- Collect customer feedback to support continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales, technical support, or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, simple way.
- Service-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Independent, motivated, and results-driven.
- Willing and able to travel within the region for client visits and events.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new technologies and changing market needs.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a strong asset.
