Responsibilities
- Connect with Homeowners: Visit homes within your assigned territory, initiate engaging conversations, and introduce customers to the benefits of Leaf Home’s industry-leading gutter protection and replacement solutions.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Educate potential customers, share product knowledge, and gather information to support our sales team in scheduling personalized demonstrations.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate and qualify new leads for our outside sales consultants through direct interaction and local travel.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain clear communication with field managers and collaborate with your teammates to achieve shared goals.
- Professional Representation: Uphold our high standards by presenting yourself and our products with professionalism, ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and legal authorization to work in the country.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed; local travel is required.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, a strong drive to succeed, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable working outdoors and willing to walk/stand for extended periods.
- Experience in sales is a plus, but a passion for growth and a willingness to learn are essential.
