Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers through in-person visits, covering your assigned territory daily
- Engage homeowners, offering expert information about Leaf Home gutter protection and related products
- Conduct quick visual home inspections from the street to identify potential customer challenges and solutions
- Use a consultative, customer-focused sales approach to educate and gather information for follow-up and demonstrations
- Report results and collaborate with your team to achieve goals
- Maintain professionalism and provide an outstanding experience to all potential Leaf Home clients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel locally; evening and weekend availability as required
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented personality
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Must be legally eligible to work in Mozambique or Angola
Work Environment
- Primarily outdoor work, including exposure to varying weather conditions
- Extended periods of walking and standing required
